The Lands of Wintermist are green again and the water runs from the mountains, with what lush offerings we have our humble valley is yet again under siege!
The Battle for Darkwell is upon us and we must fight as those would attempt to lay claim to our green acres!
When: April 6th-8th,2018
We are happy to host a Greybeard After Dark Torchlight Tourney, and on Saturday come and test your mettle with 50 melee-style battles of varying themes!
To be immediately followed by a KNEWBIE TOURNAMENT! You’re young, you got this!
Thrown weapons and target archery are TBD.
Site opens at noon.
A&S Friday- Theme: Finished just in time. Entries must be submitted by 10pm.
Open theme, must have been started and finished from January 2018 to April 2018. That’s right, within the new year. Items must be displayed Friday by 10pm and will be judged Saturday.
Entries arriving Saturday will not qualify for this competition. You may send your item with someone arriving Friday.
7pm: Greybeard After Dark (Torchlight Tourney). Tourney entrants must be aged 45+ Consorts appreciated but not required
Opening Court @ 10 am or Their Excellencies’ pleasure
50 Melee style battles to test your mettle.
Newbie Tourney to immediately follow. Consorts appreciated, but not required.
We encourage ALL new persons to join us, not just fighters.We encourage new heralds, new lysts coordinators, and new marshals. This tourney is great way to become familiar with the format of our society’s fighting arena. All entrants to the lysts must have less than 2 years of fighting experience.

9am: $5 pancake breakfast until you burst. Disposable plates and utensils will be available.

SCA member registration is $15.00.
Children ages 6-15 are guests of the Barony.
